<h2><b>ARTICLE 1 – Scope of application</b></h2>

<p>These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the company <b>SAS BURNING BAR</b>, a simplified joint stock company with a share capital of 1,000 euros, whose registered office is located at <b>42 avenue Raymond Poincaré – 75016 Paris</b>, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number <b>980 752 562</b> (hereinafter the “Seller”), with consumers and non professional buyers (hereinafter the “Client”) wishing to purchase the products offered for sale on the website <b>shop.burningbar.fr</b> (hereinafter the “Website”).</p>

<p>These GTC specify in particular the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery and management of possible returns of products ordered by Clients.</p>

<p>Any order placed on the Website implies the Client’s full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.</p>

<p>These GTC are accessible at any time on the Website and shall prevail over any other document.</p>

<h2><b>ARTICLE 2 – Products</b></h2>

<p>The products offered for sale on the Website include in particular:</p>

<p>The main characteristics of the products (materials, size, colors, etc.) are presented on the Website.</p>

<p>The Client is required to review this information before placing any order.</p>

<p>The photographs and visuals presented on the Website are provided for information purposes only and are not contractually binding.</p>

<p>The products are offered for sale <b>subject to availability</b>.</p>

<h2><b>ARTICLE 3 – Delivery territory</b></h2>

<p>The products are delivered <b>exclusively within metropolitan France (including Corsica)</b>.</p>

<p>Any order placed on the Website with a delivery address outside this territory cannot be accepted.</p>

<h2><b>ARTICLE 4 – Product availability</b></h2>

<p>Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Website and subject to available stock.</p>

<p>In the event of exceptional unavailability of a product after the validation of an order, the Client will be informed as soon as possible and will be refunded the corresponding amount.</p>

<h2><b>ARTICLE 5 – Orders</b></h2>

<p>The Client selects the products they wish to order by adding them to their cart.</p>

<p>Before final validation of the order, the Client has the possibility to check the details of the order and correct any errors.</p>

<p>The order is considered final once the Client:</p>

<p>• accepts these GTC</p>
<p>• proceeds with payment</p>

<p>An order confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Client.</p>

<p>The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, particularly in the event of an existing dispute with the Client or suspicion of fraud.</p>

<h2><b>ARTICLE 6 – Pricing</b></h2>

<p>Prices are indicated in <b>euros (€)</b> and include all applicable taxes (TTC).</p>

<p>Delivery fees are indicated before the order is confirmed.</p>

<p>The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.</p>

<h2><b>ARTICLE 7 – Payment</b></h2>

<p>Payment is due in full at the time of the order.</p>

<p>Payments are secured through the <b>Shopify Payments</b> platform.</p>

<h2><b>ARTICLE 8 – Delivery</b></h2>

<p>Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Client during the checkout process.</p>

<p>The estimated delivery time is <b>3 to 5 business days</b> within metropolitan France.</p>

<p>The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or exceptional circumstances.</p>

<p>The Client must check the condition of the package and the products upon delivery.</p>

<h2><b>ARTICLE 9 – Right of withdrawal</b></h2>

<p>In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the Client has a period of <b>14 days</b> from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.</p>

<p>Products must be returned:</p>

<p>• unworn</p>
<p>• unused</p>
<p>• in their original packaging</p>

<p>Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Client.</p>
